By registering for the World Environmental Health Day 2026 Conference, you agree to abide by all event rules, regulations, and codes of conduct. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates these terms.
We collect personal information including but not limited to your name, contact details, identification documents, and health information for the following purposes:
Your data will be protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
You agree to provide accurate information about any allergies, medical conditions, or health requirements. This information is crucial for ensuring your safety during the event. The organizers may share relevant health information with on-site medical staff on a need-to-know basis.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. Cancellations received before August 15th, 2026 will receive an 80% refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
All participants must behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and speakers. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
By attending the event, you grant the organizers permission to take photographs and record video footage that may include your likeness. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, marketing materials, and archival records. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.
The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where caused by negligence. You are responsible for your own travel insurance and medical coverage.
You agree to follow all health and safety guidelines implemented by the organizers, including but not limited to any COVID-19 protocols, hygiene measures, or emergency procedures in place at the time of the event.
Your personal data will be retained for up to 2 years after the event for administrative and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean courts.
